To support the treatment and neutering processes of stray animals, Espressolab, in collaboration with the Beyoğlu Municipality, has launched the Espressolab Animal Care Center for Stray Friends. The center was rebuilt from the ground up, expanding the capacity of the existing shelter, and is now ready to provide modern and sustainable care for stray animals.
The opening ceremony was attended by Beyoğlu Mayor İnan Güney, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Erdal Celal Aksoy, and Espressolab Board Member Emre Kocadağ.
This newly constructed facility aims to offer a safe environment for our furry friends during their treatment and neutering processes.
Expanded Capacity for Better Care
The Espressolab Animal Care Center for Stray Friends has been redesigned and upgraded with modern equipment to accommodate and rehabilitate more animals:
✔ Cat inpatient capacity increased from 30 to 170.
✔ Dog shelter areas expanded with two-story structures and underfloor heating, raising capacity from 22 to 40.
✔ The intensive care unit has been enlarged, with additional oxygen concentrators and infusion pumps installed.
✔ Medical equipment has been enhanced to ensure more effective treatment processes.
With this new facility, the rehabilitation, treatment, and adoption processes are aimed to be conducted at world-class standards.
