As Turkey's most innovative coffee chain, the culture of gourmet coffee to coffee lovers around the world offer their varied tastes. From the moment we opened our doors with our first store at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2014, we have had a significant fan base among coffee passions. We are working hard to share our passion for good coffee with more coffee lovers day by day. Advancing towards becoming a global brand, the company's first roasting center, has a total of 79 stores in Turkey and abroad. We aim to increase our number of stores to 100 by 2021.

According to the researches, it is predicted that the production of coffee will decrease by 50% in 2050 due to climate change, wrong agricultural policies and producers not seeing the future in coffee. Coffee, which we consume with great pleasure every day, has a great responsibility for all brands in the coffee sector on basic issues such as long-term struggle against climate change, sustainable agricultural product and recycling projects. With "Future Generation Coffee", we have implemented a new movement that will focus on the whole of these problems and be carried out with the participation of the entire coffee industry.
We roast our own coffee
  
WE ROAST OUR OWN COFFEE
We personally visit local farms in Tanzania, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil and Kenya and develop programs that support local producers. We select the best beans from farms and freshly roast our coffee in our own roasting center, constantly updating coffee roast profiles under the guidance of world-renowned coffee expert Renato Correira. The biggest feature of the coffees we offer to our guests is that it is not long stock. For us, qualified coffee is fresh coffee. Chain coffee brands are launching coffees from abroad and lasting more than 6 months or even 1 year. We're not doing that. We are one of the most successful representatives of qualified coffee flow in Turkey by offering the highest quality product based on production processes using the most advanced roasting techniques.

The many treasured guests that have stepped into our stores share our passion for coffee and have an extraordinary experience beyond their coffee tasting experiences with our world class interior design concept we have created for our stores.

Our contemporary design, cozy comfortable atmosphere all have a conceptual identity of their own. We try to create a comfortable environment, all revolved around the many customers that visit us, and share our working space everyday.

Our creative coffee menu not only has classic coffee beverages on offer, but we also try and represent our brand name in being coffee alchemists with new beverage offerings.

In addition to our creative offerings, we also offer hand poured single origin coffees from the many coffee estates we showcase. From Guatemala to Indonesia we always have something brewing that will suit the varied coffee pallet.

FROM OUR MILK FARM
In our farm built on 50 decares of land in Kırklareli-Vize, we produce the most natural milk with our more than 600 cattle fed completely naturally and add flavor to our coffees.
